Dr. Jamie Carr receives the 2011 Excellence in Teaching Award from Dr. Tim Downs, NU's vice president for academic affairs.
Dr. Jamie Carr, an assistant professor of English, was named the recipient of Niagara University’s 2011 Excellence in Teaching Award during the 2011 Faculty Welcome Back Brunch.
This award, presented to only one faculty member per year, is determined by nominations from fellow faculty and a committee of past winners. As this year’s award recipient, Dr. Carr will address first-year students at the annual New Student Convocation in September. 2012.
