EAGLE is a process of inner development designed to give students the skills to lead and the qualities to be a leader. The EAGLE experience develops the needed attitudes and abilities to excel in whatever field a student chooses in life. EAGLE is a learning community that transcends academic disciplines. The EAGLE experience is for those who are committed to their own intellectual and spiritual growth. It is for those who are prepared to accept the call to adventure on the hero’s journey of inner development.
The students honored today come from a broad range of academic programs and they represent each year of study at Niagara University.
The EAGLE Leadership program was the recipient of the New York Leadership Educators Consortium 2008 Innovative Program Award and 2009 Visionary Award.
