Three Students Recognized for Research on Critical Women’s and Gender Issues

Niagara University’s women’s studies program honored three students for their work examining women, gender, or feminist issues at its annual awards ceremony on March 19, 2024. Established in 2004, the award contest, which typically honors research papers, was enhanced this year with the addition of a creative entities contest.

Niagara University’s College of Hospitality, Sport and Tourism Management has established an affiliation with the Extended Stay Lodging Association, a trade association dedicated to advancing the extended-stay lodging industry. This affiliation is groundbreaking, as Niagara University CoHST becomes the first hospitality school to join forces with ESLA, marking a collaboration between academia and the extended-stay lodging industry.
