The British-based magazine listed NU’s MBA programs in its Top Tier of North American institutions, a distinction earned by only 72 colleges and universities in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
In addition, the university’s online MBA program comes in at No. 36 in the magazine’s global rankings.
Results were based on the quality of an institution’s in-class experience and teaching faculty, international diversity, class size, accreditation, faculty-to-student ratio, price, international exposure, work experience, professional development, gender parity and delivery methods.
According to its website, CEO Magazine uses a ranking system entirely geared and weighted to fact-based criteria to cut through the noise and provide potential students with a performance benchmark for those schools under review.
“The evidence-based methodology used by CEO Magazine to determine these rankings reaffirms the outstanding quality of our business programs, faculty and students,” said the Rev. James J. Maher, C.M., president of Niagara University. “Niagara University will continue its ascension among global business schools by delivering career-focused business education that provides students with an excellent return on their investment, while developing innovative, socially responsible global leaders who are reflective of our Catholic and Vincentian mission.”
Launched in 2008, CEO Magazine released its inaugural Global MBA Rankings in 2012, profiling MBA, EMBA and online MBA programs. For this year’s edition, the magazine’s staff reached out to business schools across North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
This year’s complete CEO Magazine Global MBA Rankings can be viewed in the latest edition of the magazine or online.
