Jeremy A. Colby, general counsel at Niagara University, was named to a three-year term on the board of directors for Niagara Habitat for Humanity.

Colby volunteered with the organization during his undergraduate years at Niagara University. “I enjoy working to address housing insecurity because it is concrete and you see immediate results,” he said. “It is quintessentially Vincentian.”

Niagara Habitat for Humanity builds and sustains affordable home ownership opportunities for families in Niagara County. Over the last 25 years, 29 homes have been built or rehabilitated, and more than 100 people have been provided with a safe and affordable place to call home.
