More than 100 members of the campus community came together Dec. 2 for Niagara University’s annual Christmas tree lighting and blessing. The event, which marked the beginning of the holiday season on Monteagle Ridge, featured remarks from Kristina Daloia, director of Campus Ministry, a blessing from the Rev. Aidan Rooney, C.M., vice president for mission integration, and Christmas caroling by the Soar Throats student acapella group, the NU Players, and the American Sign Language Club.
Attendees were treated to hot cocoa and cookies after the tree lighting.
