Niagara University has established a new strategic educational partnership with the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association.
As one of the initiatives of this partnership, Niagara University’s College of Business Administration students will assist the BNBEA in evaluating applications for the organization's prestigious BNBEA Crystal Award, which recognizes Western New York companies exemplifying the highest standards of ethical behavior and practice within three distinct categories. The finalists identified from each group will then be submitted to a judging panel of local professionals for review and Crystal Award selection.
“This partnership is very exciting for both our organizations,” said Dr. Mark Frascatore, dean of Niagara University’s College of Business Administration. “It combines cooperative work among students and faculty with engaging environments to meet the needs of business school graduates. And it reinforces our ethics-based business education and supports our leadership as the upcoming host of the 2020 International Vincentian Business Ethics Conference.”
“This educational collaboration with Niagara University is consistent with our mission as we expand community awareness of business ethics through innovative educational opportunities with students and businesses,” said Fred Holender, BNBEA board president.
The Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Award is presented by the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association in partnership with BS&P CPAs and Consultants, Key Bank, Lawley Insurance and media partners WBEN Radio, WGRZ Channel 2 and Business First.
