Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development course, Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence, to Niagara University’s Niagara Global Tourism Institute in downtown Niagara Falls, N.Y.
The training, which is open to the public, will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2016, at the Niagara Falls Conference & Event Center.
The one-day event will help area professionals understand the power of leadership values, discover how customer loyalty can be established, and gain insight into how organizational culture is strengthened. Participants can apply tools to create systems and processes that make exceptional customer service achievable and learn how to integrate personal creativity and organizational processes to create ongoing innovation within their organization.
