On March 2, Disney Institute brought its renowned professional development course, “Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence,” to downtown Niagara Falls, N.Y.

Coordinated by Niagara University’s Niagara Global Tourism Institute, the sold out training was held at the Niagara Falls Conference & Event Center. This day of Disney training offered time-tested Disney business insights that can help in assessing and improving an organization.

The one-day event helped more than 250 local professionals understand the power of leadership values, discover how customer loyalty can be established, and gain insight into how organizational culture is strengthened.

Fifty diverse organizations from throughout Western New York were represented, including the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Empire State Development, Rich Products Corporation, Niagara Tourism and Convention Corporation, New York State Parks and the Maid of the Mist.

Participants applied tools to create systems and processes that make exceptional customer service achievable and learned how to integrate personal creativity and organizational processes to create ongoing innovation within their organization.

The training was carried out by Disney Institute facilitators Bryan Tabler and David Mulvey.

Niagara University made an abbreviated version of the training available to its employees the following day at the Castellani Art Museum.
