David Siracuse, ’13, government relations policy director at Bolton-St. Johns, was named to the 2022 Albany 40 Under 40, a list of the rising stars in the state Capitol who have become a driving force in an array of important policy areas and professions.

Siracuse joined the lobbying firm about four years ago and has advised a wide range of clients on legislative, policy, and budgetary matters in Albany. He is currently representing the Freelancers Union and supporting its efforts to get legislation helping freelance workers passed, including the Freelance Isn’t Free bill, which would provide protections for freelancers dealing with nonpayment or delayed payments. The legislation was passed by the state Legislature and now awaits the governor’s signature.
