Two Niagara University alumnae are among the top 20 in Business First’s annual list of 125 most influential women in the eight counties of Western New York, as judged by its editorial staff.
Kimberley Minkel, ’88, executive director of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, was listed in the top 10, earning the #9 spot, while Cheryl Klass, ’77, executive vice president and chief nursing executive at Kaleida Health, was listed at #17.
While all of the women on this year's list share important traits, the two dominating constants among the women were an aptitude to take risks and the fortitude to withstand all kinds of pressure, according to the publication.
