Niagara University Professor Theresa Meikle Publishes Book on Using Feedback in Classroom to Motivate Students

Theresa Meikle, an adjunct professor in Niagara University in Ontario’s BPS in education program, recently published a book to help educators create a connected community of learners in their classrooms.

Vincentian Mission Institute Announces 2024-26 Niagara University Cohort

Members of Niagara University’s 2024-26 Vincentian Mission Institute cohort attended an opening retreat and conference Nov. 14-16 at De Paul University. Now in its 17th year, the VMI facilitates relationship-building among peers at the three Vincentian universities in the United States—Niagara, DePaul, and St. John’s—as they develop leadership capacity to advance the schools’ Catholic and Vincentian missions.

Niagara University Honors Two Individuals During Veterans Day Celebration

Niagara University observed Veterans Day with a special celebration in honor of the Rev. Joseph L. Levesque, C.M., former president of Niagara University and founder of its veteran program, and Rev. Lt. Thomas M. Conway, a Navy chaplain and Niagara University alumnus who received the Navy Cross for giving his life to bring spirituality and peace to the crew of the USS Indianapolis.
