Niagara University’s Holzschuh College of Business Administration will honor four individuals and an organization for their extraordinary leadership and commitment to their communities at its annual Business Awards Gala on March 25, 2026, at the Niagara Falls Convention Center.
The AACSB-accredited college will recognize Jamie Obletz, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Delaware North with its Dean’s Award. Allanna and David Beaton, founders of Kelton Enterprises, will be honored with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association will receive the Corporate Leadership Award. The college will also recognize two of its alumni: Megan Broomfield, ’94, partner at MMB+CO, who will be honored with the Distinguished Accounting Alumni Award, and Ryan DeCory ’20, category merchant at Wegmans, who will receive the Rising Star Alumni Award.
“Our annual Business Awards Gala is an opportunity to honor business leaders whose professional success is matched by their personal dedication to giving back,” said Dr. Mark Frascatore, dean of the college. “The support generated by this event makes a meaningful difference in our students’ lives and reinforces the strong partnership between our school and the business community.”
Obletz is responsible for overseeing Delaware North’s global operations and driving strategic growth across its diverse portfolio. Since joining the organization in 2016, Obletz has held several key leadership roles, including president of the travel division and as a group president overseeing Sportservice, Patina Group, and U.K. operations. He also served as senior vice president of corporate development, where he led strategic investments across the company’s subsidiaries. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Richardson Center Corp., Invest Buffalo Niagara, and Elmwood Franklin School.
The Beatons are the founders of Kelton Enterprises, LLC, and Kelton Group, LLC. Starting with a single Tim Hortons in Lockport, N.Y., the couple now operates the largest Tim Hortons franchisee in New York state, with 47 locations. Together, they have been honored with the 2023 Buffalo Niagara Business Association Ethics Award, Buffalo Business First’s 2020 Family Business of the Year, and the 2025 Business of the Year by the Amherst Chamber of Commerce. Individually, David has been named to Buffalo Business First’s Power 250 list, while Allanna has earned a spot on the Power 200 Women in Business and Community Leaders list and was also honored with the 2022 Women of Influence Award.
The Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association was founded 20 years ago to foster, promote, and recognize ethical business practices in the Buffalo Niagara region. In fulfilling its mission, the association oversees and manages the annual BEA Award program recognizing and rewarding ethical business practices and expands community awareness of business ethics through support of and participation in various programs, seminars, and educational opportunities for students and businesses.

She founded the firm’s Women’s Initiative Committee, serves on the recruiting and employee engagement committees, and is the designated firm partner for the PCAOB and the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center. She also serves on the boards of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester, Geva Theatre, and several local booster organizations, and has been recognized among Rochester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and as a recipient of its Women of Excellence award.
DeCory graduated from Niagara University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
