Niagara University Receives $8,000 Grant to Prepare Student Leaders to Foster Interfaith Understanding and Collaboration

Niagara University has received an $8,000 grant from Interfaith America to launch “Beyond Belief,” an initiative intended to prepare student leaders who can successfully facilitate collaboration across faith, belief, and identity lines. Niagara University Collaborates with Buffalo Niagara Partnership on Talent Development Program

The content and curriculum of Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s leadership development program, BNP Grow, was enhanced through a new collaboration with Niagara University. Faculty from the university’s Holzschuh College of Business Administration shared their expertise on leadership theory, organizational behavior, and professional development with 25 up-and-coming leaders from 16 Western New York organizations. The partnership was facilitated by Kevin Morse, NU’s director of human resources.
