Niagara University TESOL Teachers Make Impact in Niagara Falls City School District

As we welcome multicultural families into our communities and their children into our schools, it is becoming critical for school districts across the country to have teachers who are qualified to teach English as a New Language while navigating their school’s curriculum expectations.

Niagara University alumnus Darius Myles, ’15, owner of DMyles General Construction, and Michelle Cole of ColeWorldDesignz, were two of the panelists at a networking event in December 2023 for minority- and women-owned business startups.
