Dr. Qingli Meng Is Featured on Podcast Discussing Workplace Mobbing

Dr. Qingli Meng, adjunct professor at Niagara University, discussed the university’s annual Conference on Workplace Mobbing during a YouTube podcast hosted by Tegan Osmond. You can watch it here.

First held in 2024, the conference convenes individuals representing government agencies, higher education, healthcare, and school districts to discuss workplace mobbing as a global research and policy issue. The 2025 sessions brought together 91 participants from across the United States and 16 countries worldwide. A selection of papers presented at both the 2024 and 2025 conferences have been published in the inaugural Journal of Workplace Mobbing.
