Niagara University students embraced the university’s Vincentian tradition during two annual holiday events in the City of Niagara Falls.
On Nov. 20, Brennan Scholars helped to distribute 700 turkeys to the Niagara Falls community at the ninth annual turkey giveaway at Harry F. Abate Elementary School. The event is hosted by the Bridge Niagara Foundation and Aero Transportation.
On Nov. 24, members of the Niagara University’s men’s hockey team helped to serve during the Niagara Falls Boys & Girls Club annual Breakfast with Santa.
Both events were coordinated through Niagara’s Levesque institute for Civic Engagement.
