Niagara University Collaborates with Buffalo Niagara Partnership on Talent Development Program

The content and curriculum of Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s leadership development program, BNP Grow, was enhanced through a new collaboration with Niagara University. Faculty from the university’s Holzschuh College of Business Administration shared their expertise on leadership theory, organizational behavior, and professional development with 25 up-and-coming leaders from 16 Western New York organizations. Entrepreneurship was the focus of NU Edge, an annual program designed to connect students in Niagara University’s Holzschuh College of Business Administration with leaders in the local business ecosystem and help them discover the pathways available for their career success.
