Dr. Cheryl Mitchell Meets with Staff of Niagara University’s Biomedical Research Institute

Dr. Cheryl Mitchell, CEO of Creative Research Management, visited Niagara University’s Biomedical Research Institute on Jan. 9 to discuss her experience with the commercialization of technology. She also donated a M700 Microfluidizer, which will help the institute “upscale our manufacturing capacity,” said Rob Tober, the institute’s administrative liaison.

Summer High School Student at Institute Wins Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown’s Summer Internship Award

At Mayor Brown’s 2024 summer internship awards ceremony, Murphy Suah, a Jacobs Institute intern who worked in the Niagara University Biomedical Research Institute under the direction of Dr. Mary McCourt, professor of chemistry, was awarded the enthusiastic learner award.
