Business Students Experience the Sights, Sounds, and Tastes at Rosina Food Products

Rosina Food Products hosted 33 students from Niagara University’s Holzschuh College of Business Administration for a tour of its West Seneca production plant on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The students saw how the company’s pasta and meatballs were made, learned more about the business, and were able to try samples of the food.

Niagara University Students Participate in National College Fed Challenge

For the third consecutive year, a team of Niagara University students from the Holzschuh College of Business Administration participated in the College Fed Challenge, a team competition that gives undergraduate students the opportunity to learn about the U.S. economy, monetary policymaking, and the role of the Federal Reserve System.

Niagara University Students Participate in 2023 College Fed Challenge

Four Niagara University students from the Holzschuh College of Business Administration competed against their peers from more than 100 colleges and universities across the United States in the 2023 College Fed Challenge, an annual competition hosted by the Federal Reserve System’s board of governors and the Federal Reserve Banks.
